Thank you for stopping by and spending a few minutes to get to know us and our business. 

Garrison and Maria Hartman, owners and managers of Legacy Capital Resources, LLC have been married since 1988 and have two amazing children, Justin and Halie.  In his early career, Garrison co-owned an auto body repair shop with his brother.  The business thrived for 20 years before the brothers decided to dissolve the partnership due to disagreement as to how the business should be run.  The dissolution of the business, and the sale of the commercial property owned by the business, resulted in a sizeable profit for the Hartmans.  It is with some of these proceeds that they founded Legacy Capital Resources, LLC where they consult and partner with real estate investors and wholesalers on a variety of projects.

In addition to serving as a Managing Owner of Legacy Capital Resources, Garrison is also employed as General Manager at Genuine Paints and Supply, a subsidiary of NAPA Auto Parts. In this capacity, he oversees all daily operations, sales, and distribution for the company's retail paint stores. With over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, Garrison brings a wealth of knowledge in managing inventory, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with vendors and partners. His leadership and business acumen have been instrumental in driving growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service at Genuine Paints retail locations. Garrison has been voted Manager of the Year many times, and has also been given multiple Triple Crown Awards, which measures sales, profit and inventory turnover.

Besides her position as Managing Owner of Legacy Capital Resources, Maria is also a Registered Nurse and leverages over 30 years of nursing experience in her current role reviewing medical records for physician consultants. After earning her Bachelor's of Nursing degree from Azusa Pacific University in 1989, she launched her career at a local hospital, providing direct patient care on the Medical/Surgical unit, and serving as Head RN whenever called upon. Years later, seeking to invest more time with her growing family, Maria paused her clinical work to focus on raising her children. During this period, she remained engaged in the nursing field,  maintained her RN license, and managed her children’s busy extracurricular schedules. Upon her children entering middle school, Maria sought opportunities to re-enter healthcare on a flexible basis. She combined her passion for nursing and her organizational skills to take on a part-time position conducting medical record reviews for physicians who provide medical consultations and expert testimony in personal injury cases. Maria continues in this role today, drawing on her strong clinical judgement and attention to detail. She enjoys the flexibility of her current position, and continues to maintains her active RN license should she decide to return to hands-on patient care or other nursing roles.
